Position: Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our marketing team’s needs and to design creatives and artwork with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of jobs such as creating artworks for various videos that we create, social media campaigns, marketing campaigns, website and other related areas. The goal is to get the clients’ message/organization’s across in an impactful way.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Take the design “brief” to record requirements and organizational needs.
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraint.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
  • Amend final designs to internal team members and gain full approval.
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, marketers etc.

Required Skill Set:

Position : Video Editor

Reporting to: Post Production Manager

Experience : Minimum 3 yrs       

Location :  Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble footage into rough, fine and final cuts while maintaining professional standards
  • Add music, dialogue, graphics, visual effects and sound to increase the quality of each video
  • Receive and implement notes from producers, senior leadership, and other project stakeholders
  • Provide color correction and sound support or guidance when needed
  • Provide colorists and sound mixers with assets they need to finish a project and implement final color grades and audio mixes for final delivery
  • Organize workload, manage priorities, meet deadlines and work well within a fastpaced, multi-tasking environment
  • Quality check videos and deliverables to ensure all assets meet standards, appropriate specs and are ready for upload and archive
  • Report any issues that might impact progress or quality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as required or report any technical issues to IT.

Qualification & Skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years of prior post-production experience in similar industry.

    • Raasta Studios is seeking a Video Editor who will be integral in the post production of original series, events, and promotional and branded content.
    • The Editor must have extensive knowledge of the post-production process to ensure that expectations and deadlines are met.
    • The primary task is editing and the editor should be able to conceptualize ideas and assemble media assets into high-quality dynamic content that supports our brand, and business objectives.
    • The Editor will also work to ensure that every video created meets our standards and adheres to our guidelines. 
    • They must be able to manage multiple projects at various stages of production simultaneously.
    • Organizational and collaborative skills as well as an ability to prioritize are a must.

Position :  Editor – Colorist      

Reporting to :  Post Production Manager

Experience :  Minimum 3 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Colorists need to be able to quickly define “looks” for the scene and turn raw footage into beautiful expressions of cinematic artistry.
  • Bringing the Mood and feel for the film good knowledge software tools and Light scheme required.
  • Responsible for all content in the Color suite. Executes color correction for projects.
  • Colorist should have good knowledge on Camera LUT’s and raw video formats. should have knowledge on how to Importing the project from one software to other software.
  • Grades shots with a full range of primary and secondary color correction, including the ability to selectively grade individual elements within a shot ( milti layer colour correction).
  • Prepares for client sessions; liaises with Producers and assistants beforehand to check elements to ensure accuracy and flag any technical concerns.
  • To drive for excellence in customer service and quality delivery.

 

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in film industry in color correction/color grading.
  • Result driven personality with energy, commitment and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Great customer mind-set and problem solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of color correction platforms such as FCP, Premier, Lustre, Resolve, and Baselight as well as 2D/3D DI and monitor grading. Prior knowledge and experience with HDR grading a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with clients and internal producers regularly and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Must be able to maintain flexible schedule to meet production requirements; ability to work long hours as needed; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Able to apply creative license to work as well as take over other colorists projects when necessary and maintain the creative intentions for those projects.
  • Ability to focus for long periods of time; excellent visual acuity.
  • Work well under pressure & creative; deadline & detail oriented. Ability to attract and retain clients.
  • Strong technical background in post-production.
  • General knowledge of film and color science.

As Senior Screen writer at Raasta Studios, you will create situations, craft dialogues and write engaging scripts based on our clients requirement and delegate responsibilities to the members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go for client meetings to understand requirements of new and existing clients

  • Develop questionnaires for interviews and events

Qualification & Skills:

  • 4-5 years in content and script writing, work experience with any Agency.
  • Experienced writer, comfortable with writing long-form posts and articles, with a good command of language and grammar.
